What the directory is
eInsuranceNews is a directory of independent commercial insurance agencies in Georgia and Florida. eInsuranceNews is not an insurance agency. We do not sell insurance, give insurance advice, or endorse any agency.
Listing sources and statuses
Listings may be built from public business information and may be unclaimed, claimed, verified, or sponsored. Our Listing Policy explains our sources and statuses.
Agency accounts and claims
Only an authorized representative may claim or manage an agency listing. Keep your sign-in details secure. Each agency is responsible for the accuracy of its profile and the license information it submits, and must update information that changes.
Paid plans
Enhanced and Featured are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe. They renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in Manage billing and keep paid features through the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial months unless required by law. Tiers return to Basic after cancellation or non-payment.
Acceptable use
You may not scrape the site, make false claims, impersonate an agency, interfere with the site, or misuse leads.
Leads
An agency may use a lead only to respond to that request. Agencies must honor opt-out requests and follow applicable laws.
Disclaimers
The site and listings are provided as is and as available. We do not promise that listings are complete, current, or error free, or that any agency is suitable for your needs.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Diamond Roots LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made using the directory or communications with agencies.
Termination
We may suspend or end access, remove content, or unpublish a listing if these terms are violated or as needed to protect users or the site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Georgia law. Any dispute will be brought in courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
