When you use Find an agency, we collect your full name, business name, business email, phone, business ZIP, business type or industry, coverage needed, timeline, and optional notes. We also keep a consent record with the time, IP address, browser details, and the exact consent wording shown.

Information from agencies

We collect account, profile, license, and billing information. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by us.

We use basic analytics and cookies needed to run the site.

How we use information

We use information to operate the directory, process requests, manage accounts and listings, verify licenses, process subscriptions, send transactional messages, prevent misuse, and meet legal duties.

How we share information

With your consent, a Find an agency request is shared with up to 3 licensed, verified independent agencies that serve your area. We also share information with service providers, such as Stripe for payments and our hosting and email providers, and when required by law.

We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Lead and consent records are kept for up to 5 years for compliance, then deleted.

Your choices

You may opt out of agency contact. To request access or deletion, email info@einsurancenews.com. Where applicable, you may unsubscribe from transactional email.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no online service can be completely secure.

Children

The site is not directed to anyone under 18.
